The evaluation refers to the service and the waiting period. from the moment of food order (not arrival) has arrived for a moment 80 minutes and eating not yet. 3 other writings that come after our orders are already finished their meal, we are still waiting etwas so something is wrong with the management of the processes.

All in all this was a below average experience. The staff was friendly but inattentive, the food was alright but the menu was without a concept and uninspired. If you love food or enjoy special experiences, this place is not for you. The interior design resembles a cheap theme park. If you need something to eat, go ahead. Ten years ago, Luxembourg may have hailed this place, but with improved dining, this place was nothing to write home about. Still left full, and the food was edible so if you really want to check this place out, it is safe to do so.

Quality and cooking of the meat great, but quality of the rest of the menu not at all in line with the cost. Service terrible wine decanted in carafe was not placed on the table and not served and had to be done by us. Server never present. Had to go look for our own coats in the cloakroom despite waiting. Only language spoken German not Luxembourgish, French or English. ... For nearly 100€ per person, there are a lot better choices for the food and the service. Not recommended at all

Apart from the very acceptable Ambiente everything is mediocre, to put it mildly. The waitress' friendliness was very poor and only reduced to a bare minimum. The food quality was in line with the waitress' friendliness, not very appealing. My daughter's spaghetti bolognese were the worst we have ever seen (only a big chunk of minced meat without any trace of tomatoes) My Bouchée à la Reine contained two big pieces of bones. Given the price tag of this restaurant, such a low quality food is not acceptable. All in all, the 2-3 Oldtimers parked inside the restaurant are the highlight, everything else is a big no go. We will definetely not return to this location.

We wanted to host a small 40th birthday dinner at this restaurant but they insisted to charge us 3.50 per head to serve our own cake! I have never had this experience before when celebrating birthdays at a restaurant and already the menu is quite expensive. We booked elsewhere .
