Typically consistent, good coffee. Have probably spent well over $200 here w/ almost daily coffee and occasional baked goods for months, never had a problem before. However, had a not at all acceptable customer service experience today.I usually order a cappuccino these days, have gotten it 15+ times now, usually always good. I know what it should taste like, and today it tasted acrid and burnt. No big deal, I go back and just ask them to remake it so it tastes the same as the other times. In response, the cashier implies I am lying (I'll be a doctor in 4 months, I'm not going to lie about burnt coffee... , attempts to get me to pay for the replacement until the manager okay-ed it, and then put my replacement order at the back of the queue, extending my wait for an issue that was due to the shop and had already wasted 10 minutes of my time.This is annoying given the location is so convenient, but I'm not going to continue paying a company that engages in this form of service. As constructive feedback: this was an unnecessary customer service approach to a very common, routine, and easily fixable situation.

The pastries are always fantastic, and the coffee is really good, too. It’s the only place on the West Bank with a good croissant.

They have the best coffee in service. All their girls are very nice and sweet and I’ve been going there since it opened and wouldn’t change a thing.

Stopped in and grabbed a chai latte, a dark chocolate mocha (with almond milk), a chocolate muffin, and a ham and Swiss croissant. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful! I could have eaten 3 more of the croissants it was so good! The shop has a very peaceful atmosphere and though we didn't get to try them, all of the pastries in the case look phenomenal. The prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely worth the visit!

Best bakery I’ve had ever went to! Macaroons are on point. The lady was really nice to my mom when she didn’t know English very much. Y’all deserve a huge raise for this customer service. My mom loved the crème brûlée. It was perfect ? I would definitely recommend this place when u want a good treat!
