McDonalds - GRETA

This was the worst meal I've ever had. The customer service was not helpful at all. The coffee was lukewarm, even though I asked for it extra hot, and it was only 3/4 full. The floors were extremely slippery with water from a bucket and containers left out from a child's celebration.

The employees at Greta McDonald's are completely incompetent, like a circus run by clowns. I will not be returning to Greta.

This morning I stopped for coffee at McDonald's, and I was impressed by how clean and sparkling the restaurant was. All the tables were clean, with no waste left behind, and there was nothing on the floor, which is a common occurrence at other McDonald's locations. We were served by Ryan, who was polite and gave us a smile as we left. Congratulations to all the employees, but especially to Ryan.

This McDonald's is one of four in the Hunter Valley in view of the call from Celiac Australia. There is an extensive GF menu about the McCafe, including hotcakes (at least during school holidays), English muffins, panini and banana bread.

It was nice to come into a clean, fresh McDonalds The staff were friendly and the food hot I will be back to this one
