The order was prepared wrong. They added cheese and sour cream instead of removing it. They didn't include the corn tortillas that were requested with the carne asada. I ended up scooping the insides of the cheesy burrito out and eating them with out the shell super salty. It's odd because I chose this restaurant based on their ratings. Also I had to order more food because of the cheese mix up (I chose a different restaurant! and grub hub charged me a second delivery and tip so yeah they refunded the cheesy burrito but I still had to double pay for a burrito. There was no way on the app to send a message about it super frustrating.

The food has always been good. We have never been disappointed. It's a great place to eat.

When this place first opened it was delicious! It was affordable and the portions were great. Understandably the prices have gone up but the quality and portion sizes have significantly gone down. I decided to stop and get a simple bean and cheese burrito the other day, I waited a good minute per usual and when the buzzer went off I went and grabbed my food. My burrito was cold, the cheese cold and shredded not melted at all and the tortilla cool to the touch, the beans were fine. For $8 plus tip I expect to at least get hot food. This isn't an isolated incident. Like I said it was really good in the beginning but it's not been so great for a while now. I had hoped after covid it would return to how it use to be but no such luck.

Ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos and some tacos. The women forgot to add the second burrito to our order. Tacos were bland. But the burritos were mostly cold shredded cheese with no beans for almost 8 dollars. Not happy and will not be returning. Not impressed with the service either.
