The Aroma Van - Gregory St, Cardwell

Lovely park, clean, lots of parking, toilets and some food vans. Great views of the islands off Cardwell. Worth the stop, many changes since cyclone Yassi

Primo cafe has the best coffees and Jane’s catering serves you mouth watering range of food you can choose from.

Really good spot for a break from the road or for a picnic. Soft grass, shady trees, picnic shelters and tables, access to the beach and great views of Hinchinbrook. Plenty of parking spaces that would fit a 7m RV. Plus a couple of long parks for caravan/trailer. As well, there is a mobile coffee van, a food and a pie van. Toilets are being refurbished but temporary portaloos are provided. There is a paved walking path following the shoreline with interesting storyboards. A credit to the council community.

One of my most photographed places. The coffee and food stalls are great also. Always the best planned stop.
