Bidrage med feedbackWill not be back to this place. her order menu was trouble-free this morning and I tried to explain this to the male worker who continued to be rude and argue, then he tried to say that I had ordered a lot of sandwiches because their system was mistakenly printed several acknowledgements while I tried to order a sandwich. they open much too late to be comfortable for commuters who want to buy breakfast before work. there is also a pretty language barrier, but they don't seem to care to communicate properly with their customers.
Loved this location because of the drive thru… but the customer service is probably the worst I have ever seen. The quality of the food is below standard. They are getting three 6 inch sandwiches out of a 12inch loaf it seems. The cheese is one triangle per sandwich. We went in one day hoping it would be better but noticed that the lady doing the order in front of us touched all the food and then cash and then stuck her hand in the lettuce again. There was no changing of gloves. Just continued to go to the next customer. We left that day. We keep giving it a chance thinking maybe it was just a bad day, but today was our last time going there. The lady in the drive thru ran our card. Then came back and insisted we didn’t pay. We reminded her she had our card and showed where it was pending in our bank account and she said there was a problem with their machine and we needed to pay cash to get our food. Words can’t convey how idiotic and scam like this location is. We still have the pending charge and no food.
Almost every time I go inside this subway, they can’t accept coupons. Drive-thru works fine but trying to use it in the lobby never works. I usually have an ok experience at this location but the past time I visited, I noticed the employees were not changing their gloves after handling money. I would rather wait for someone to change their gloves before handling my food than to get my order done faster. Cleanliness friendliness over speed.
They don't speak English and I'm from Southport Greenwood Indianapolis …. They will not take my coupon but for the life of me I don't know why because of the English barrier.???? THEY should have left it the low-cost pharmacy or at least hired someone that could speak English.!
They are so rude and the only Subway who don't accept coupons the lay made so wiered face .coupons are send by subway franchise nor we print in our house.
