Kroger Bakery - Greenwood

5 stars for the French bread, the stuff had put me on a yellow vest and protest at a miracle bread factory.

This crockery is a large store with goods like clothes for sale as well as the normal crockery food items. It was tidy and usually well equipped. The problems I had were all with employees. Most employees were neutral without talking or looking at customers. The ones I came into contact with were problematic, were a few sticks working together. When I tried to go down the island, they not only moved out of my (customer) way, but they went further into my way. Her stuff was about something I looked at, but they never offered to move. You spoke to each other, but never I. I actually said, Excuse me when someone came before me and made me stand on my way, but I didn't say anything to me. The other problem was that cold items were not packed cold. I always put my cold items on the conveyor belt to make it easier to place them in bags. If it is hotter now, it is particularly important to keep these food together. A little customer service training could go a long way here. Apart from that, this is a big store.

They changed the closing time to 11. Okay, good. I'm going in tonight, and it's 10:00? When did this happen?!? The woman who works at the end told me months ago. But that's not the case. I've been there many times around 10 and they're completely open! What's going on?!

I'm always buying this crotch and it was great! But here in the last two years it's terrible. Disorganize it smells and they are not on their schedule. When I call a pharmacy, it takes a long time to answer or I will be hanged on very unprofessional. I'm with Walmart now and I'm going to take my medication somewhere else, so sad.

This is by far the nicest Kroger I've ever been too, the food selection is great, and you can buy clothes, shoes toys, even have electronics.
