If you are planning getting something to eat from this place Between 10:30 PM and 11 PM don’t do it they’ll close to switch register and they’ll take over a hour before they take your order. I don’t understand why not just have a register ready to swap it out that will be the smart play to do I guess management is not that smart. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Update to previous review**Still loving this Arby's but I want to advise all Arby's fans; the website does not work for this location! It says this item not available at this location, choose another location for every item on the menu. Online you can not get any pricing info, can not order for pickup, and if there is loyalty points, you won't get them here. Just saying corporate Arby's does not seem as proud of this restaurant as I am.Last week, there was a Love's merchandising guy eating when I ate here, so I showed him the disfunction. I hope he can get some action. Until then, take it from me, they have a full menu and great people that can help you with most anything.Very clean and super polite employees. This is my new favorite Arby's and it's only 5 miles from my work.
