The drive thru worker was very rude from the start of placing my order, which should have been my first clue. Lettuce on my chicken sandwich consisted of the ends near the core which made the sandwich fall apart. Ordered a large cheese curd that was saturated in oil and soggy because they weren't cooked thoroughly. Shake that I ordered wasn't mixed and had a small dab of whipped cream. Food: 2
