Big Boy - Greenville

I'm a regular customer, so I know quite exactly what to expect when I look. some days the employees are cold and aloof or maybe just busy. some days.

Eating is okay, not the best, even for a long time in the buffet. I ordered pasta once and the sauce looked like pudding. hash browns is good.

The actual building for the restaurant is beautiful. it has an open atmosphere, but it must be cleaned. our experience: we sat very fast. Five.

Food and service was good. cleanliness was less than desired. someone has to train the personal, how to mop, because my shoes stuck on the floors and not just in one area. otherwise it was decent.

Oh my god, first it was on the other side of the city, so that applebees and chineses were not open, so our last resort was to sit down, a great young one we had 5 adults and 6 children. our waitress was really nice. my mother-in-law had to go and fill her cup of coffee because our waitress was not there when she took our order, she went out the half of the order first and we did not see it again until the 4 of 6 of the children came. we've been there for an hour and thirty minutes. The waitress tells us that our food we ordered will not be done for another 45 minutes! we wanted to see the manager. he comes out an apology and says that he will bring out the app of our mother very soon and that our food will only take 10-15 minutes when our food comes out, it was completely black! unnecessary to say we will not go back there! when I was a child, was always eating at the point and never had to wait for an hour, half a meal!
