Ruth's Chris Steak House - Downtown Greenville at Riverplace

Great time, but server to customers ratio affected service. server was just too many customers.

We had a wonderful dinner. the eating was excellent and our server sarah was pleasant, attentive and delivered white glove service. it was a very busy service and sarah and her team josh from the bar and other food runners made this an unforgettable experience. can't wait to go back.

That was our fourth year in order to have Thanksgiving dinner at ruth’s chris. as usual, the staff is polite and friendly. eating was good. a bowl with cold rubber strap was quickly replaced after it was brought to the server. waterglass has never been refilled and that would not happen for more brot, but unlike that everything was good. the food was excellent. special note thanks to the young, Asian barkeeper (no name tag and not get name) for outstanding service and great customer relationships. we'll be back next year.

We went to Ruth’s Chris for Thanksgiving dinner. The food, as expected, was flavorful and delicious. Our waitress, Carmen, was attentive without being intrusive and all of the staff we encountered were great despite being very busy. This may become a Thanksgiving tradition for us.
