Primanti Bros. Restaurant And Bar

The waitress we had was great the waiter who came out on the floor and yelled at our waitress on the main floor in front of customers was a little rude and tasteless. Why would you ever correct another employee on the floor in front of customers if you have an issue with another employee take it to the back. I left my waitress and extra big tip for dealing with that a hole.

We sat at a high table in the bar side. Everything was clean and arranged for us. The food was delicious. A house salad and oven roasted turkey and cheese sandwich and everything was very tasteful and fresh. Our food came out in relatively good time, considering how packed it was. Our waitress was very sweet, friendly, courteous and personal. She got our drinks as fast as the bartender could make them and updated us at the stand of our foods. All in all a good experience.

This was the first time my wife and I went to one of them, as we did not get out of the 'burgh. Needless to say, we loved it! I had a Pitsburgher and my wife had a chicken salad. Lots of pommes, but good. Our dark pink haired Seger was a lot of fun and made my wife laugh. I'll be in the 'burgh lol' next time.

I love Primanti!! I moved away from Pittsburgh so I'll stay in town at any time. I don't always get the wings, but this time I have and they were very good. They have a light bread, but it was not to think, and they were perfectly cooked, not chewing and not cooked over.

I wish I could give more stars as our server was phenomenal... she was so busy, I don't know how she kept her head upright. When entering our order, she has accidentally a wrong sandwich, but it was the best mistake ever. The BBQ Bacon Burger was fantastic. She fixed our order brought my original sandwich the brother Burger, who was also delicious, but that BBQ had the edge over it. There was also an order for the hot sausage sandwich, which was unfortunately cooked over well, was less than paleable was thrown away. We also tried the pepper jacket Mac cheese balls... the few that 't absolutely burned a good creamy Mac cheese, although the acrid tase from the more burned 't help a lot. It was a happy hour, so drinks of course, were a pretty good price. Apart from the 2 catastrophes, the restaurant had good atmosphere, all staff were great yes.... happy hour. Will definitely be back, maybe if a little less busy, so the kitchen staff doesn't forget what's in the frit.
