Bidrage med feedbackThough I'm not nuts for the pizza here at all, or really any Domino's, we started ordering the sandwiches from this Domino's after a good experience with them the first time. Got them again tonight and they were hot, great bread, and the chicken bacon ranch as well as the Italian were really good. I actually got really good service each time on the phone, respectful attitude, and the food came correctly, and in a half hour both of our last two orders. Feel bad to see them taking such a beating on reviews, because we haven't had that experience at all. While I doubt we'd mess with the pizza much, the sandwiches and sides are really good for a change-up from time to time.
My wife and I haven't ordered from Domino's since the mid 90's. We decided to give them another chance because of commercials and we miss pan pizza. Got a Meatzza W/ extra cheese. We liked it. Would have given you 5 stars if you would go back to the less spicy sauce you used in 80's to when you changed yours in the 90's just because Pizza Hut changed theirs. We understand that you are always striving to attract new customers, but you forget about the people who are buying it because we liked it the way it was.Oh yeah, could you offer Pan crust in a large? Thanks
The cross-contamination is awful. It happens a lot with their food. And the bread bites come swimming in oil and are soggy. It's just been getting worse and worse, and I don't feel okay ordering from this company anymore.
Not sure what chip others have possibly carried into this store, but our pizzas and the people who made them for us were just great. Thanks for a wonderful meal and we'll be back!Edit to add: Second round of great pizzas, same courteous greetings and service. Some of y'all doing reviews are crybabies or entitled, sounds like the customer is the problem and not the cooks ?
So after a year I finally decided to try them again because the newer reviews said how great they became. Pizza still sucks. Greasy and tastes just as bad as it did last year. Ridiculous overcharge on delivery fee before you even tip so I picked it up instead. And now a call center of course. Anyway I get there met Chris the new manager. I ask him did you guys get new management. He said yeah 6 months ago I don't know why you feel the need to ask that. So right there similar attitude as last year with the previous people that worked there. So no sorry but they have not improved at all.
