Wendy's - Greensboro

The food is what’s to expected from Wendy’s, same with the service. The issue is the lighting. They keep the outside lights off at night. It’s so dark they look closed. I’m not sure how they don’t see how big of safety issue this is. If a customer is hurt, you would be liable.

The workers at this location don’t care about their job or the customers that come there. I’m highly disappointed and disgusted in the service that I received. Please train your employees better before you lose all of your customers

So bad! Ordered a chicken biscuit (breakfast) only to realize after I had left the drive thru that the biscuit had no chicken. I went back through and the person at the window could not have cared less. She never apologized or said much of anything. She wanted the other biscuit back. lol. She then came back with a chicken biscuit With the chicken and I asked her “how does that happen?” She just grunted at me and closed the window. I’ve experienced poor customer service but Wendy’s on Battlegroud Ave. takes the cake. Congrats on the win, guys. By the way, if any of you geniuses that work at this location care to read reviews, just know I’m calling corporate. This location needs to be shut down. Save your money and your self respect and never Ever go to this location.

Employees out back smoking weed. They don't care that everyone in the drive thru can see and smell it.
