Bidrage med feedbackI will never spend money here again. Yesterday it rained all day and my boyfriend went through the drive thru and order me a popcorn shrimp meal. I received super old shrimp in my order. I called and spoke with Ashley who obviously knew the shrimp oldbecause she apologize several times and offered to replace the meal plus give another meal for inconvenience. She wrote my namedown and told me to let them know Ashley approved. I went on my lunch break today to pick up the food promised to me and Ispeak with Terry who said ? Here?s the deal, Ashley can?t just give out food like that. She?s just a crew member. You?re gonnahave to come back up here and talk to GM Scott.? I asked could he approve to replace the one meal that was old. Why should Ihave to come back up here to talk to someone to get my food approved. I even asked for Scott?s or to leave my number forScott. Terry told me ? He?s not going to call you?. Frustrated I left and called my boyfriend who then called Popeyes we spokewith another manager who advised us Scott wouldn?t be in until Friday. He had a whole different tone with my boyfriend and waswilling to hear the story more than the manager Terry was to me. The issue is what if I was out of town Friday ? What if Iwasn?t from here? What if I would have checked my order and circled around, would I still have to wait for Scott to come in ofFriday ? I have to wait a whole week for them to fix something that should have been correct in the first place. I am beingdenied something that was promised to me due to their lack of training an leadership. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn?t everspend another penny here might have to wait 5-10 business days for them to replace or fix the issue. It?s foooooood, get itright or fix it. Simple.
The restaurant was clean people were friendly just listening skills need to be at the top of the line got food order wrong twice so I had to wait on my food while everyone was eating. good but overall experience it was fair but I love the young peoplethat were working they were kind just need better management these days

I have not been to this location in years because of the poor service. I tried to go tonight and it was wonderful I got takeout and Terry the new manager was awesome not only was he running his crew his customer service was incredible he needs a raise ifnot I would hire him he is change my opinion of this restaurant fabulous employee fabulous experience thanks Terry you rock

I even asked about scott or left my number for scott. terry told me? he won't call you? frustrated I went and called my friend who then called popeyes, we talked to another manager who told us scott would not be until Friday. he had a completely different ton with my friend and was willing to hear the story more than the manager terry was for me. the problem is if I were out of town on Friday? what if I wasn't from here?
