Bidrage med feedbackMy sister has asked if it is possible to get a side order of the nashville hot sauce. the front was rude and evaluated her and continued to make fun of her in the back, as I heard the chuckles and the mention of "hot sose" it was a simple question. she is a nice person and also works in the customer service industry. it should be a funny Saturday planned, but that really damped their mood at the rest of the day. she was polite when she asked to buy this order. I understand that we are all human, but this behavior was not acceptable. we were trying to go back after our meal to get their names, but I was already angry and I know that this was not a productive interaction on my part. Now that everyone is here, and that nebula has released, I write and want a response from the administration. that happened last Sunday at 12 noon. I would hate to be one of those people who say this, but really I would encourage people not to go too kfc if this is the kind of rentals they have. to add this: a group of Hispanic people came to command. they were calmed and reserved, and I am not exaggerated when I say that, but the same thing on the counter told them rudely that everything they wanted would last 16 minutes. when they tried to leave, she cried out rudely. Then remained rude when they tried to pay their 100 dollars. something about it being too big to break. only rude. if it was a comforting one was good. but this is all I saw, what really is not enough reason to return. I demand a response and a kind of actions from this place.
The woman who works the window is not really friendly to white people! I'm sure her company doesn't really care about it, because I'm a white man. but I thought I'd bring it to someone's attention. Eat. service and atmosphere very hostile! update simply read the lady experience under me .. same person who works the window. very unprofessional! also incorrectly order! sad that no one in the company cares how paying customers are treated!
As an area trainer for charter food, I am appalled when it comes to the lack of professionalism from the assistent manager at this place. his employment service is one of the employees who has little or no respect for the people he serves. its lack of leadership allows team members to become openly aggressive towards customers. my order was made in the drive. I called and was informed that I could come back for a replacement. I was told that my name was written down and that all I had to do was return. When I arrived, I was informed that I did not receive my replacement by the drive thru and I would have to come in. my first concern is that this particular situation would require me to turn a u into the parking space to back to the front entrance. my second concern was that I originally order my food in the drive that I would expect to be able to get back into the drive thru my replacement. to no time on the phone I was told I came in when I arrived for my replacement. After I let the assistent know that I would not come in (because my 1 year old daughter in the car) he persistently allowed me to move forward in the drive thru. As soon as I got into the window, he continued (at confrontational wise) telling me why I had to come to the next 5-10 minutes to inform me about the policy he has to hold. after that he told me that my name was not written down and he would not replace my order. I informed him about the time I called and offered my bank statement. after that, his coworker decided that it was the perfect time for her to say an outbreak: "oh my gott" and stormed loudly from the back of the restaurant. I went after confirmation that I had been robbed of my order and there was nothing that this manager would do. if a customer orders a certain item and does not accept the purchased item that is error-free? I feel like this location needs new management. this was by far the worst experience I ever had at a kfc. I expected more of the leadership in this organization. I will take this opportunity as many platforms as possible. I will let my vote hear.
Ordered two famous bowl combos today. The $5.99 one that comes with the bowl and a drink. The cashier said it's be $17.06. I drove up and questioned how it went from $12 plus tax to $17.06. He said just the bowl was $5.99. I started to go inside but did not. After getting home and taking out the bowls and seeing the receipt, I see that I was charged for a combo that was supposed to include an individual side (was not included). So basically I paid $4 additional for two individual sides that I did not get and when I asked the cashier it didn't trigger anything despite me not getting the additional sides. Make sure you get what you order and what you pay for here.
Love the staff here. Manager is very professional and polite. I forgot the name of young lady who usually takes my order, she is always on point! Is it Shonda? My bad if I jacked up your name beautiful. All the staff are very friendly to me as well. I only go to this one cause they are just an awesome team.
