Jimmy John's - Greensboro

So we placed an order online for delivery Paid for the meal Tip for the driver The store calls and said there is NO driver We can either be charged for the whole meal and not get the meal. Or we can pick up the order and they will deduct the delivery charge. My daughter went to get the order and they did not even say hey sorry about that The driver quit tonight She asked what they pay for being a driver Minimum wage When actually on the delivery it 's 2.13 an hour The people on the inside taking orders, making sandwiches and cashing out make 15 an hour Why would a driver make 2.13 using their own car, gas, tires, oil changes . Wear and tear on the vehicle plus mileage on the car. The driver should make more per hour than the other staff members just because of all these expenses Jimmy Johns can never play that commercial about how fast they are, freaking fast is gone by the wayside Good bye Jimmy johns your service is slow

Food was good. I had obviously never been here and the guy taking my order with glasses was absolutely no help. Working in the food industry myself, this was unacceptable behavior. Didn't even make eye contact with us.

This spot is in a busy shopping area, so be careful driving through and parking. I was greeted right away by a friendly guy. He was pleasant while I ordered and was helpful. I ordered the #14 Bootlegger (roast beef and Turkey)...my go to for this business. It didn't disappoint. Of course, Jimmy Johns is known for their speed. Got my food right away. My sandwich was great and drum roll...the pickle!!!! They have the best pickles. I got it cut in quarters and I'm glad it was suggested. Yum! Don't forget their kettle chips. They are extra crunchy and full of flavor. The tea is pretty good. They have a few tables in case you want to eat inside. I grabbed mine to go! Definitely going back.

The first time in this franchise. the food was fast and fresh, nothing was as unique as the food. food: 4/5

Low customer service. not greeted when I came in or even spoke to him. I had to tell the girl that I had rewards, and she answered, "it was already going through." rude workers and simply not a good interaction to have everything. not sure how to set up with such bad service and settings.
