Jersey Mike's Subs - Greensboro

Let me just start by saying if you are fixing my food you need to have a mask on! The guy with the short dreadlocks did something that almost made me vomit... he took his hat off and started shaking his dreads while a sub was waiting to be made..totally disrespectful and unsanitary. Also the tall lightskin guy on the grill needs more training he was touching the meat thentouching the bread and lettuce he was absolutely cross contaminating. After all that they got my order wrong I came back to tellthem they forgot my tomatoes and they said they would make it over.. I was patient and waited but it took way longer thenexpected and not to mention got it wrong again but I didn't have time to wait another 50 years so I just took it and left I willnot be going here again and I did not like the cashiers vibe! she was talking about people that work in the stores personalbusiness how one is in the hospital, who decided to come back and etc... and I also could see the difference in how customerswere being treated if you know what I mean. ZERO STARS!!

They screwed up my order, they have bananenpfeffer or tomaten in the half on my foot long under cutting, my tub-alat was inadmissible, it looks thrown together they forget most of my flavor, they have the oil and edgy on it either I would say that this is the worst service and place ever!

I always frequent this establishment, typically I pickup and the food is always amazing. Today I called in to modify a Grubhub order and the young lady who answered just seemed to not want to help me and was very short. As soon as I said I wanted to modify my order she did a deep sigh and it went down hill from there. I know I?m not coming into the restaurant but I do expect the same treatment as though I?m physically there. At the end of the day I?m still spending money.

How does an establishment post that they close at 9p and then decide to close over a half hour early and the workers are inside laughing at the customers coming to the door. You never have to worry about getting my business again. Truly disgusted!!! Thank goodness the Battleground location isn't like that. I'm at their location now.

Always good food and service but COVID-19 precautions need to improve. See images .
