Biscuitville - Greensboro

Just left the Battleground Location and I got a soggy hashbrown (not cooked long enough) and no straw for my drink. They are usually better than this.

My husband ordered two Chicken Biscuits this morning with extra pickles on Battleground in Greensboro. The biscuits had no pickles and we received no receipt. I added my own pickles.

Twice in the past week I went through drive through and ordered and did not get my egg and cheese on the biscuits. 4 biscuits today and 2 biscuits the other day. Charged for it still. I never check them cause biscuitville always been good about giving the right stuff but I guess not anymore. Forget the money, can't even enjoy the biscuit when it's not what you were wanting.

Drive up, clean, efficient, friendly service and a great, tasty, perfect skinny sausage biscuit!

Why isn't the dining room open for service? You only have drive through service only. I found this very odd. Let me guess we don't have the staff. When you go through the drive through, they should ask you if you want condiments like jelly to go on your extra bread or salt or pepper.
