Taco Bell - Greenfield

Always missing food when we go or messing up our order entirely it get dumb the one on 40 atleast has people that know what they are

Disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. Firstly, we had a large trailer and could not fit through the drivethru, so a member of our party tried to walk through the drivethru, but was not allowed. Okay, so we’re hungry, and nothing else is open, so we do what we have to do and disconnect our trailer. After all this, we weren’t even given the correct food. This was important to us as a person in our party is lactose intolerant. When going back through the drivethru, the staff member demanded that the incorrect food be returned, and remade the order… with very skimpy portions. This was after we had given them a tip. Overall, extremely disappointing experience here at Taco Bell where we wasted 30 minutes just trying to get the correct order.

It has been several times now where they did not have whatever ingredient and refused to refund my order when I received nothing. Straight up robbery. I hope this location gets shut down.

Crunch wrap was mainly lettuce. The taco stuck to the paper on the bottom and all the filling came out.

Every Taco Bell should be open at least til midnight.
