Buffalo Wild Wings Greenfield

I reserved a table for 6:45 and was seated with no waiting. Order was taken and drinks delivered about 10 minutes after. The food came 30-35 minutes later. Wondering what took so long with such low volume. I had a cheeseburger as did one of my daughters. Both were burnt. Waitress came by to check 1 time while were there. I struggled to give her a tip at the end. I have done curbside as well. Pretty much the same level of service there. My advise would be to spend money wisely elsewhere for good service and food. I have been to plenty of BWW in this state and others. Never had any issue until this one.

We arrived on time. we said they were brief, but several employees were in the conversation. we were told a 15-20-minute waiting time and it didn't matter that we had a reservation. when we had set ourselves, the waitress waited for every table around us. another has refilled the station with tassen and servietten. After 20 minutes, no one even came to our table to ask if we had been served or offered us a drink, we went. we will not go back. this was the third time that something happened in the concrete facility.

They would have kept it that they ignored me when I called in memory, they tried to sit in a little table in the kitchen. the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I thought the customer was right, not the device.

The place is a chaotic chaos. we stood for 12 minutes before we were greeted e. once sitting, it was obvious that they were far understated. they first brought us the order of another table to give our order to another table. moat the wings were lukewarm and the sauce had dried, which means that they had been sitting for some time. no great experience.

Son’s bday. our server was super, very accommodating for our big group!
