Applebee's Grill - Greenfield

Caroline was an absolute sweet heart the whole time and even went above and beyond to interact with our overly excited toddler. She came around every chance she got and made our experience an absolute pleasure. I definitely recommend 10/10 and ask for Caroline.

Ordered off the 2 for $30 menu. Spinach and artichoke with chips and salsa for appetizer was good. Plenty of chips. For entrees I had the Broccoli and Chicken Alfredo and my wife had the Chicken and Shrimp dish. Both were good and we left with lunch for tomorrow. Glass of Merlot was reasonable and Arnold Palmer was good. Since it was my birthday we shared the Brownie Bite. It was delicious. Our server was Joseph. He was very friendly and helpful.

Been to this location several times, mostly good experiences. But today in particular, my husband ordered a steak dinner- upon being served the steak was told there was not any steak sauce. Had he known that prior to ordering l, he would have not ordered steak. It was disappointing. He couldn’t fully enjoy his meal.

The food is always very good here. Service was outstanding. I like how the hostess helps with your front door. Very nice gesture.

So glad we have this place in our small town! Where else can you go when you get off work after 8 p.m. to get good food relax after a long, hard day at work?!?! The bartender and servers are always amazing and very personable. Our food always arrives quickly, and is delicious. This is definitely one of our favorite places to go!
