Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Very disappointed in the food. Had chicken fingers they were just okay. Bread that came with it very soggy not able to eat could have been toasted longer. Fries soggy as well.Food: 2/5

Food here was good and the location was clean. I had lunch and the wait time wasn't bad but nobody acknowledged me when I went to order. I get that it was a little busy but I shouldn't feel like my presence is an inconvenience. Would eat here again thoFood: 4/5

Google says closes at 10pm but if you get to this location by 8pm the dine-in area is already locked and closed. Happened several times this week the doors doesn’t even give a time the inside closes.. disappointing ?? now I understand the ratings

Yo. It's 5/23/23 right at the end of close and I still got the BEST SERVICE from the whole crew in the drive thru. I know the days working service are long and I had a big order end of their shift and honestly I had a bad day and they made it so much better. Please give the girls raises shout out to Mykeria and Tanisha!Kid-friendliness: Happy positive workers.

The manager Miss Debbie took great care of me even when I don't have a vehicle and she made sure she placed the order. I was coming from the movie theaters and she made sure I got something to eat what a true blessing in miracle that took place that night. She really made sure that I was taken care of and I was okay I really appreciate her loving service and her great medical skills. I was only blessed to be able to receive something from that restaurant that night. God bless her and I are working hard team who made the food so really good.
