Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I have visited this restaurant multiple times. It is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly. The coffee is delicious, and I have even held a few meetings here to discuss web design. The only downside is that the air conditioning can be a bit too strong at times, but overall a great experience.

This MacDonald's in Australia is the worst I've been to. The service is slow - I waited 10 minutes in the waiting bay and they didn't have any quarter pounder patties available because it was past 10:45 and they were not ready after the breakfast menu ended. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this location - three times I've ordered a double quarter pounder and been given a single instead.

The staff and the restaurant are among the worst in Sydney. There is a long wait in the drive-thru to place your order. The staff are unorganized and leave tables dirty for extended periods. The food takes longer to be prepared compared to other restaurants, and orders are often incorrect or missing items. Overall, the experience is disappointing.

Very slow. Hamburgers are all messed up, over the lace and missing orders. There was a family before us that was so mad they sped out of there. Customer Service given -100/5 the cashier was very rude and inconsiderate. Food given 1/5 only slightly good thing was the chips. Apple pies looked like they had been bitten into. Definitely not worth it and won’t be coming back soon. Not impressed.

If this was the first time I tried McDonald's it would be the last time I would never try it again 15 minutes in an empty drive through for a burger half wrapped with sauce all over it. See picture as taken out of bag. Pretty sure the bacon was from 6am breakfast it was harder then plastic
