Quail Creek - Green Valley

I love Quail Creek! I am wondering, is there a way to get a copy of floor plan of the cimmaron model?

Most of model homes had bedroom in frount of house with large window easy view into your window from street

We have been in our new home here just over a year. From our salesman Andy , our Superintendent Jeff and our after closing Customer Service Rep Robert this has been the best experience we could have asked for. We have bought several new homes and gone through the building process 4 times previously in California. We never had the service and attention to detail that we got with this home. Andy spent time with us showing us the community, lots and answering our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way. He clearly was more concerned in us doing what was best for us. Once we chose a lot and floor plan he kept us in the loop all through the building process. We had to go back to CA to sell our home but we chose to rent in Quail Creek the last 3 months of our build. Moving here April 1, 2021 our house was due to be done in June. Jeff was the Superintendent who took over as the house got started. He was thorough and also spent time with us answering any questions we had. He kept the build on schedule and made sure every sub did what was expected. The home was finished on June 10, 2021. With all the supply chain and labor issues due to covid, we believe we closed on time mostly because of Jeff. He worked very hard to keep it all on schedule. Then after closing we met Robert. He made sure everything was correct and had anything fixed that we asked about. At our 1 year anniversary of closing on the house he had many subs come back to check out items, fix things I didn’t even realized were broken and make sure we were happy with the house. Having built other homes, I can tell you it is rare to find the follow through we got with Robson once your house is closed. I believe this house is the best built home we have ever had and would recommend Quail Creek to anyone interested. If you build here you will have a phenomenal experience and a beautiful home.
