Sebastian's Southern Crab

We were a large party from out of town. On a Sunday we were the only party. Our server was very nice. The seafood boil was over cooked and unseasoned. Waffle was so hard you can barely eat it and the greens tasted so salty it was not even edible. One of the cooks came out and sat at the bar and picked her teeth. It’s not worth the money.

Food quality seemed really good. And the flavor was awesome. However we got the mild spice level and it was still incredibly spicy. No way a kid could eat it at that level. I think ,and I even suggested , that it was made incorrect but they didn’t seem interested to entertain the idea of remaking it. I could only eat 1 piece of shrimp and it was on fire. If it’s that spicy at the mild level, they should let people know. $80 for 2 pieces of shrimp.

Had the garlic shrimp boil . Sausage and shrimp were both overcooked. Not impressed with the service . Wasn’t busy but service still was very slow. Music was too loud.

Hubby and I were on a day trip date in Omaha for our anniversary. We don't have any good seafood places in Lincoln so I was excited to try this out! I got the seafood boil in butter garlic and it hit the spot! Very delicious and well seasoned! My only suggestion is to provide the customer with wet wipes as it's very messy too. My hubby got fried shrimp and was very pleased with his meal as well! The server was very professional, food was timely, and you could tell the cook enjoys his job! We recommend and can't wait to come back sometime!

The first time I came here I loved the place. Food was fresh and juicy and had a lot of flavor. We ordered two seafood boils, catfish platter with Mac cheese/fries and the fried shrimp basket. It just wasn’t the same experience today. The seafood boil was bland and dry. It is clear the food was not fresh today at all. I bit into a corn on the cob that literally turned into mush in my mouth. Catfish platter was slimey and fell apart. Also no gloves this time? Since we’ve been here before and had spectacular service I rate this 3 stars. But I would not come here again especially since the service is not consistent.
