More of a party hotel not a travel hotel?? The overall experience was going great (clean modern room, good amenities, close to outdoor mall and nearby medical facilities) until about 2 am Sunday morning when a lady started yelling and cursing in the hallway on and off for a good 30 min. I didn’t hear all the details but I heard some people trying to quiet her down. Then, later, a group of guests met outside the front of the building and started talking in their loudest outside voices possible and proceeded to have a social gathering from 2:30 am-3:45 am shouting, laughing in loudest voices possible, and hollering —having the party of their lives with no consideration for other guests who have outside facing rooms and clearly hear all. It appeared to be interrupted a few times with requests to quiet down and finally dispersed at 4 am ish. That’s the disadvantage of staying in a place far from the interstate (people may be here to party and stay up all night on the weekends, not travelers who need to get on the road early). So disappointed the hotel staff really didn’t step up earlier and enforce the noise policy. It really ruined a great stay. We are all paying customers— Partiers and travelers alike; however, there are noise policies in this group Violated them.

Came to Omaha and stayed in a Home2Suites for the 1 st time. It was nice. The room was clean and a decent size. The staff was super friendly. We didn't eat the provided breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I will definately keep this place in mind for our next trip to Omaha.

This place was hands down amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious, up to date and the kitchenette was stocked with everything you needed. The front desk staff were so friendly and happy to help. The pool was the perfect temperature and the hot tub was huge and hot. Breakfast was also well stocked and fresh and even had a few items you don’t normally see at a hotel breakfast! 10/10 will be back.

Spent Febuary !6th overnight with the family. So impressed! the pool was warm, the hot tub was hot, the breakfast was so good, the exercise room was perfect. .Everyone was so accommadating. the gentleman who worked the front desk at night was super! There were no more pool towels so I asked him for some. Less than 2 minutes later he hand delivered them to us in the hot tub! The girl at the front desk in the morning was very pleasant and the breakfast girl was sure on top of everything! Thank you Home 2 Suites! we'll be back!!

Our rooms tv and refrigerator didn’t work. The manager, Derrick, went above and beyond to remedy the room issues. Finally he moved us to a room next door. The move was easy being so close. Plus, he discounted the room rate. Otherwise the hotel, poll and hot tub are great!
