Pho 1 Noodle Grill - Green Bay

Delicious as always! I've been here for years, and I can always count on their Pho to be fantastic (and the best in town)! Great and very fast service! Thank you.

The laab with a bowl of sticky rice was my main dish. Little bit of lemon in it but smelled and tasted so good. But the Pho combo large bowl was like a regular size and sugar shouldn't be added in the brot because I can tasted the sweetness of it and it turned me off. I definitely stop by again when in town and try other dishes since they were generous to costumed my orders

Food is ok but I feel that they overcharge you on purpose. They do not provide details on receipt so you can’t tell what you got charged for. Bit sneaky… I don’t like that

Good food. Service people a very nice. Unfortunately the place is very dirty and rundown.

It’s a shame I’m posting a 1 star because I enjoy the food but the service from the woman who runs the front counter when you get in is losing this place business. First off, I have called over the phone countless times and have just waited and waited for no one to pick it up and to drive by to see they aren’t even busy with no cars or people in the restaurant. Then on top of that I go in physically to order with my grumpy 2 year old screaming and making me miserable trying to order when I could have over the phone 25 minutes ago (countless times mind you), just to hear the phones going off with the same woman taking my order physically in front of me and not answering. Not only that but when I am done paying she still refuses to answer the phone. Absolutely lazy and terribly ran business. I am new to Green Bay coming from Washington and they may have been around for a while and have there customers they need to survive. But they won’t survive if that’s how they continue to run it. They lost my business.
