Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Green Bay

Terrible experience! We got there at 7.30 front Doors were locked side doors were open, waited 15 minutes on the head, you were no other customers standing there just drive-through that I understood, Drive-Through was busy waiting until our food came? not what we ordered, and when my husband went back on the counter, she gave him the other meal and told him that he had to go, but the dining area was closed. Horrible management. All the others were nice

Hit or Miss, asked after only Ketchup Pickles on Burger got Senf on it too? Did?t have a bag to keep my chicken strip box no napkins either for my blizzard who slept everywhere, despite the cover she put on it????

Great clean restaurant. We don't have a Grill Chill where we live, so I was curious to see one on the map when I'm looking for a place to eat. The staff was very friendly and nice. Daughter and I had to use the bathroom and it was nice to see that it smelled, saw and felt clean. Food tastes just as good as when we eat it at a grill chill in Virginia...we really need one in Wausau, WI!

I have exactly what I wanted. Service was quite decent, nothing that stood up and beyond. I had to ask for napkins for our ice cream that together have children and ice cream I would think that this is a certain one, but we are all people so no biggie. I appreciate the effort that gives the younger crowd to do everything if adults don't. Keep the good work

It has been years since I've eaten at a DQ. They do not have a wireless way to pay, good thing I had my wallet. The restaurant was extremely clean and I know they have revolving customers. The burger and chilli dog was delicious and the ice cream is how I remember it. I need to walk down the street more often.
