Al's Hamburger - Green Bay

I felt very unwelcome and will not return or recommend anyone and was treated rudely. The food was okay but the experience made me change my mind. If you chose to go be aware of your environment.

Great burgers, don't bother with anything else. Super friendly and all questions answered. It's not super fast, but fast enough for a quick bite alone at the counter or with a few people in a booth.

The tator tot seasoning was tasty, but a little too much was used, and it made them too salty.

I recently had lunch at Al's Hamburger at 131 S Washington St, in Green Bay, WI. First, I had to go in and get change for the meter to park. The hostess was very nice and helpful with placing my order. It's reminiscent of an old restaurant and I sat at the counter. The food was tasty, the fries delicious. I had an iced tea but got a chocolate shake to go. It was a very good experience and would recommend a visit. Parking: Metered street parking

A total gem that reminds me of the movie Up ! Place is surrounded by towering buildings but it has staked its claim by the quality/dedication to product. We came in through the back patio which was excellent. Time seemed to stand still in the quiet atmosphere between the towering brick buildings. Very nice idea/layout out there. Ordered the Al burger/fries and it was.... incredible. Best burger I 've had in a long time. Thanks for the experience and to the friendly staff.
