Taco Bell - Greeley

Terrible ordered very little and fed them when I asked for no salat and then sent up and sent a (beans burrito) that is not even beef that this place really needs to get there to get stuff together, I will not go back soon thanks to them bud. my job was very easy that her location was just lazy and not wanting to make dinner. Thank you for being sick at this place.

It was dirty! esmerelda was rude! I just wanted one reception after eating, and she said she couldn't do it. our eating was old, old meat, old beans, startaco dishes and hard rice. then she started screaming at us about the customer who stood before her. I began to make pictures of how great it was, and she laughed about us. then she cried again about her customers and asked us why I make pictures what these pictures will do! I looked at her and told her to take care of her customers. She apologized to her client, but not to us. She asked another employee to talk to us because she was afraid. cassandra calmed the situation when it is not even management. she said I'm right to make photos and I was right that she's rude. she offered to remake our food. I said no to her because she would give us old food again. cassandra said that esmerelda apparently told us that she is sorry, but she could not come out to say it herself. I said cassandra that I apologize except her, but not esmerelda. I give you only one star because that is the lowest, but I give this place a zero. esmerelda must be fired! cassandra must be management. this is all about a receipt! we will never come to this opportunity again!

Waiting on the drive through for 40 minutes is unacceptable! And not even the time waiting in line was acknowledged by the worker when we picked up our food. We’ve come to this location several times in the last month trying to give them a chance. We understand that the service industry is hard right now. But this is not fast food.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Less than a year ago this was a wonderful establishment with great service, what happened? I was recently there with my brother in the drive thru and the only thing we got was to witness the manager have a screaming match with an employee after which the employee starting going up to cars and telling everyone that the store was closed everyone quit. Had to back my suv out of the drive thru and go to burger King that night. Today was there with my children inside and waited at the counter for about 7min before being told I had to order from the kiosk. So I did, only to wait while I watched all the employees stand in the back just chatting it up. We waited so long in fact that my young son even inquired as to why the employees were DOING NOTHING!! I asked if I could get my receipt for the purpose of writing a review of course I was told no because apparently the kiosk isn 't linked to the other computers. Oh really? How do you see the orders to make them if there 's no link? The only thing this Taco bell delivers anymore is incompetence, the so called leadership of this store should be ashamed. My family will be making the extra drive from now on in the search for better service.

This place has become a catastrophe. extremely long waiting times, always from the witness, always the order wrong, and now rude fellow workers too. they need serious interventions. we were often here, but the last 6 months or so was a bad experience every time. it started out of objects, then really long waiting times (sometimes over 40 minutes.) so we stopped going for a while. then a few months later we try again and still the same problems so that we still wait a few months and this time the employees were very rude. I have placed a mobile order, I come to the restaurant and they say that they are closed (it was 8 pm and google says they are open until 11 o'clock.) I declare that I have a mobile job and I say they do it, but they are closed. I'm going to the window, wait 25 minutes, finally get my order, and they won't even talk to me, and yes, the order was wrong (missing three items.) don't worry, choose a taco bell. hopefully closes this soon.
