Swiss Chalet - Greater Sudbury

We usually enjoy Swiss Chalet. My husband was happy with his beef sandwich. However I had a wrap which was OK but stone cold and the side salad at the end of Aug was an insult to the name salad. A lot of iceberg lettuce, half a rock hard paste tomato, a teaspoon of shredded carrot and cucumber is not a salad in summer. It is unlikely we will go there again for lunch. And it was very expensive for what we got.

We had about a 15 minute wait, which is fine since lunch was busy. The wrong burger was brought out for my kids meal, which they rectified but then we realized after we left they didn't give us our chocolates for our festive meal and didn't offer us the coupon offered for purchases over 40$ as advertised.

Ordered over the phone. 15 minutes they said. Turned into a full 30 min wait after I arrived. Charged for the wrong order then reimbursed with cash? Then it was time to argue about using a holiday coupon. Quality of Food hasn’t changed but the level of quality service certainly has. ?

Very disappointed, ordered 1/4 chicken dish with mashed patatoes, small piece of chicken one plop of tasteless mashed patatoes. Not one piece of decoration, one hell of a naked plate, o ja a bun. Wat a rip-off for 17.99+ tax. Never again.
