Fryers Street Food Store

Dined here on Boxing Day with guests from out of town. I had booked a table for 9 of us in early December and confirmed a couple of times prior to the day Arrived 10 minutes early and our table was not ready so we patiently waited while it was cleaned and set Our order for coffees was taken at 9.10am, food order at 9.15am Our coffee order was brought in 2 at a time in between seeing other coffee go to other tables. At 10.30 the last of our coffees were brought to the table but only after we had been out to ask for them twice! The food also came in two at a time although we all ordered together At 10.30 we were still waiting on orders for 3 guests of eggs Benny again we could see other guests who arrived much after us were getting their orders Each time we asked about our orders we were given a different excuse as to why we didn’t have it yet A very disappointing experience, certainly not worth the 20% surcharge added for a public holiday Will not be back!!

We tried to order takeaway coffees on Boxing Day at around noon and was told they were not taking takeaway coffee orders because it’s a 45 min wait. I have been ordering coffees for many many years and gotta say, this is a first! The sad thing is, they don’t even look that busy.

Disgusting came I’m with my family had to find my own table, had to find the menu our selves. I had to ask for the waitress to come To us. Soo bad the service never again Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nice place, but that's it. Hot stuffy inside. Food Was missing things like the hash brown and house sauce, ponted this out to be told out of it, no apologies no food to replace, paid full price then 20% surcharge then 1.3% to use my card. Returned today after previous great experiences. Pumpkin salad was dreadful poor presentation and tasteless. Coffee and fries good. Inexperienced staff. Empty restaurant at 1.30pm did not help atmosphere. Could be quality of food a problem. No return for us. Sad as it was always a great lunch spot when in Shepparton.
