When I arrived there were several customers there but I did find a table for me. Maureling is my Server and I asked for an Iced Tea while I looked over the menu. When she returned I ordered from their 'Daily Special Menu ', the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich which comes with 1 Side, chose 'Grilled Veggies '. Maureling took my order and I enjoyed my Iced Tea. While I waited for my food I took my Picture and it shows that I 'm in the Dark without my Lovely Wife . Truth be spoken I Do Miss Her. Soon my food arrived and this Philly Cheese Steak is Loaded with Meat and those Grilled Veggies always look Amazing and they are. Nik 's serves the Best Grilled Veggies in all the area trust me, we order them a lot and they are always AwesomelyTastyliciousness. I closed my Philly Cheese Steak the best I could and began a Tastylicious Experience with Every Bite. This is a Really Good Philly Cheese Steak. I cleaned my Plate of Everything on there and Loved It All. At Nik 's Steak Seafood, no matter what you order you are going to get a lot of Deliciousness at Very Fair Prices. Maureling was busy with all the Customers, including those picking up their To Go Orders and she earned the Dollar Bow Tie Award and as always, a nice Tip. They have Daily Specials, Lunch Specials and a Huge Menu to choose from.

Those with any Louisiana ties would be concerned with several items. First, the menu lists gumbo SOUP!!!! Second, on our table was some good Mexican hot picante sauce. ...not something which would even be allowed in most Cajun restaurants. Thinking it would be interesting to see if these clues were true, I ordered the shrimp étouffée and onion rings. What I ended up with was more a soup that could have been from a mix, along with a separate bowl of rice. It did have some flavor, especially after requesting a bottle of Tabasco they had only one almost empty bottle. The onion rings were apologetic at best like they had been dredged in flour with a little salt pepper, then fried in almost hot enough oil. Fortunately my wife's fried shrimp were quite good, but most places get that right. That coupled with other fried items and low prices, they do have a bit to offer those looking for simple Texas seafood. Also the service was very good. Just avoid anything in Cajun clothing!!!

It doesn't appear to be much, but it's worth a visit. The food (steaks) was prepared perfectly and everything was absolutely delicious! The service was prompt, friendly and very helpful.

While my wife Bonnie and I where in the Spring/Klein, Texas area we were looking for some late lunch early dinner place to eat. Trip Advisor had Nik’s Steak and Seafood as a suggestion. Good reviews and close by so we checked it out. Now I know some people may not go to a place in a strip center, or some place that looks small and maybe not your style but don’t let that stop you from trying Nik’s! It’s not fancy from the outside and inside isn’t fancy either but it’s clean with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. We were told to seat where ever we like and then given menu's and took our drink order. After looking over the menu which had a good variety of items from steak combo dinners to hamburger plates and appetizers. We decided on the steak and lobster combo. Let me warn you the price for this was very reasonable until our waiter told us the price was for the steak dinner only, lobster was another $9.99. Still not bad for a ribeye and lobster with two sides. I got the onion rings and what they called fried corn. Bonnie got curly fries and the fried corn. When our order came out the sides were on one plate, fried corn was a battered corn on the cob that was deep fried. It was juicy and delicious! The ribeye was a thin cut ribeye both done medium, and a good size lobster tail. Both the steak and lobster tail where very delicious and good. Steak was done medium and lobster was flavorful. So if your in the Spring/Klein area if Texas and aren’t afraid to check out a strip center, check Nik’s out and see for yourself if this is a little gem. We liked it and hope you will too!
