Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Great Wood

Stopped on my way home to pick up two individual meals and saw the 12 piece tender family meal so decided to order it. Simple order 2 sides of fries, 2 sides of mashed potatoes and 4 sweet teas. So how do you screw it up and I end up with NO fries!!! And that was after specifically asking if the fries were in the box with the tenders and was told “yes”! Called to complain and all I got was “well you’ll have to come back to get the fries” no apologies, no let me make it up to you on your next visit. Nothing. Sounded like he kept putting me on hold. As for the tenders, they were old and tough and we could hardly eat them. Not a deal at all just a colossal waste of time and money.

It’s always hit or miss. Either it’s really good or really bad. Especially the chicken macaroni. So you have to pray it’s good whenever you go. The young guy that seems to be at the drive thru window when I go is always so nice and makes my visit smooth. The other ladies there leave something to be desired.

The lack of respect for the customer is incredible, I went to buy and the manager always serves me reluctantly, and today I saw one of the employees with such stress and aggression, they practically threw food at you, I think the manager has them subjected to that stress, she is not pleasant at all, she lacks education, it is the closest place to me that's why I go, but I don't understand how it is possible that they have that manager

The young black man with the hat at the window does his job to perfection he speaks clearly make sure your order is correct and has great hospitality he’s the black young guy working the window. He makes this restaurant look good with his dedication to serve other people

Dirty floors ,dirty restroom,smelled like weed and chicken was old n dry ,would not recommend this place to a dog.
