Panda Express - Great Wood

My Sister and I really enjoy this Panda Express! The food is fresh. It is always being brought out. Never has looked like the foods been sitting! No no! Fresh! The seasoning is right. The employees are happy. They are quick to serve you. Thorough and polite. It's everything We want to have. Service great food with a smile!! Can't beat that anywhere! WE deserve that! Don't you think? YES WE DO!!

Extremly slow lines for Honey Walnut Shrimp. If they are going to take extra time, they need to tell you before you decide to move forward with the purchase. Not make you wait 25 min. They are not respecting people’s times. When I made a complaint they lady that brought my food said “I’m not in charge of that, you should tell the manager” turned around and walked away before I could say anything (as I was in the drive thru” It is her job to report complaints to the manager.
