Jeremiah's Italian Ice - Great Wood

We loved the ice and the soft ice cream as well but most of all we loved the service. It was our first time so the employee guided us through the menu, he was super friendly and patient. After we sat down and were about halfway through our ice, the employee went to our table to make sure we were still doing ok. Will be back for sure :

I noticed the location as I was waiting on a food order from two doors down. (Shamefully been in this strip mall for food 3 times this week and every time everything was delicious.. IJS?)I love Italian ice and NEVER knew this hidden gem was there!! It was early afternoon on a weekday. The young lady was so nice and she was very knowledgeable of the products (I like to mention this when it’s true because we go so many places and usually get attitude or blank faces when we ask questions about the menu)so when I asked about a certain flavor that they didn’t have she was able to make a suggestion that was almost spot on what I was looking for! Everything was so delicious I ended up ordering a half gallon of four flavors!!! They have a new customer for life!Dietary restrictions: They even have sugar free options and delicious gelato!!!?

A full fantastic selection of flavors. Sour green apple and orange smash were my favorites! Do these with a soft ice cream and it's mind blowing.Update: went back today and K.C. took care of us. Marvelous customer service and awesome conversation. She offered some spot on selections.
