Al's Pizza House - Great Wood

The cashier was completely disrespectful and has no manners and just gives attitude. Y’all need to fire this cashier ASAP. Young white teenager.

I used to love this place. Years ago, the quality and service were 5 stars easily. Im not sure what has changed, but the food is a hit or miss, and it's been missing a lot lately. The service is poor. No matter what, they will not change their quoted delivery time. Even if it says 25-35 mins, it can be over an hour and a half before you see your food. I've just lost my faith in the place and probably won't order as much, if at all.

Showed up at 11:30am on a Friday and they weren’t open

They sent the wrong pizza. I ordered thin they sent thick. ALs associate basically told me I was lying. Will never order again and will tell everyone I know that Al’s has no customer service and no respect for their customers. Pizza was average 5.1

I've never had the most horrible experience, including cold food before
