Dunkin' - Great Rd Bedford

Got 2 ice coffees. Too much cream not enough coffee. Before they put the coffee in the cup I could see it was almost full of cream.

Tough parking, but at least they have a drive thru.

Just your average local Dunkin restaurant. They have a real hard time making a consistent cup of coffee from day to day.

Went here two days in a row. First day the lady was extremely rude and couldn't understand anything I was saying at the window. Next day my daughter got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and they gave her a burnt croissant with bacon egg and cheese. I told the guy at the drive thru that I also had a donut and he asked if it was in the bag with the sandwich (why would it be? That's kind of gross) so I double checked and it wasn't. Got some attitude when he had to go grab the donut. Don't mobile orders print out or come up on a screen so they can read it??? Plenty of jobs out there, if you don't want to work at Dunkin go somewhere else! Won't ever go back here.

The woman at the drive through didn't know what our order was and when asked shrugged her shoulders at me. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
