Kfc Nz - Great Barrier Island

Went to KFC tonight in Massey after a 10 hour shift, waited in a queue for 20 minutes to be served, where are the staff? Only one person on the counter. Finally get to the counter only to be told....you'll need to wait another 15 to 20 minutes as we currently have only enough chicken for the drive through. Are you kidding me, what sort of takeaway joint is this?! A takeaway is meant to be quick and easy! What a joke, KFC get your act together! I left and went to my local takeaway, fast and efficient as always!

ITS BEEN A WEEK ALMOST AND STILL NO CONTACT IM REGARDS TO MY COMPLAINT WHY AM I HAVING TO WAIT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LAST SAT AROUND 4:30 5 PM I ORDERED A MEAL TO ONLY GET HOME AND FOUND OUT THE PALMERSTON NORTH, PRINCESS STREET STORE HAD SCREWED UP THE ORDER NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT 'S BEEN DONE TO SOLVE THIS IUSSE.

Offensive advertising slogan informing men they should feel ashamed of crying and hide it. with suicide and depression rates so high in NZ this is very poor form.

We moved to Manaia nearly 5 months ago have been to KFC Hawera a couple of times. I have no idea what they're doing in regards to the cooking of the chicken but it tastes bland is always greasy. The KFC taste we all know so well is absent from the chicken at this particular branch the Potato Gravy isn't that nice either. They refuse to take more than 1 order when going through the drive through the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My son his partner got the big bucket meal from KFC Hawera last night both have been throwing up suffering the trots ever since. Not good KFC Hawera, something's just not right needs to be changed for the better

Awful experience tonight. Spent $70 for the family, made to pay the difference when I showed the error in the processing of our order while they were busy. Being made to go back in front of everyone for the extra dollar is embarrassing to say the least when it's not your fault. The in-store temperature was disgusting and best described as near zero, when you're qualified and know how that works and they tell you there's nothing they can do about it, it's pretty insulting. And your food is cold within 2minutes of sitting down because with the doors closed you can still feel the air-con blasting your face with a cool store chiller fan just so they get rid of you as fast as possible, I got a brain freeze headache and my 17month baby daughter was visibly shaking. **** awful north Dunedin! Sick and upsetting
