Very impressed. Staff well trained, speak English, prompt service, fantastic choice of pizzas. Great vegan meal of grilled vegetables and warm flat bread we forgot to ask for nuts but they seemed willing to help. Great view from the terrace over the ravine at the caves.

Located just behind the cathedrale, this place offers an outstanding view of the ruins in Gravina in Puglia. Definitely worth it, both during the day and at night. There is so much history there. The pizza were truly delicious, in particular the ones with mascarpone. Ask for the napolitan style, probably one of the best pizza I have ever had. We also ordered a mixed apetizers (great sausages), came up with some extra mozzarela di buffala (courtesy of the owner). Last we took different desserts (local specialties but I don't remember the name). The entire meal was fantastic, service excellent and in the end really affordable. So highly recommended from a casual pizza between friends to a romantic dinner!
