Au Comptoir - Grasse

On a hot and humid Thursday afternoon, my husband and I ventured into this wine cellar/Tapas square. We ordered the mixed laundry and cheese plate together with a bottle of white wine at less than 45eur. The host was very polite and welcoming and the...platter was very good. The place is very charming and away from the hectic of tourist places. There is a wide selection of wines at affordable prices to buy and take home. We bought a bottle of Balsamico vinegar that we had tasted as part of our plate. Relaxing atmosphere and good food.

Husband I was looking for a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine and tapas for our jubilee so we tried this place. large selection of wine. we took up the advice of the owner, what to get, because we are not big more familiar and we were both very happy with the weeps he recommended. we have a delicious mixed plate of charcuterie cheese to accompany our weine naturally a ma zing! definitely recommend!

We hired Sylvain to cater a family gathering. We met with him a couple of days before and ordered some platters of crudités, charcuterie, and quiche. He suggested some wine and on the designated day, all was delivered beautifully and on time.

The service was excellent and the food was even better. They spoke very good English and they were happy to swap story's about everything. I can recommend This place to everyone

We went here a couple of times during our stay in Grasse. Staff is very friendly and advised us about the different wines. I opted for a glass of Rose and my fiance for red wine. We even received a complimentary snack with our wine....It is also a great place to do some people watching.
