Starting from the ambience: modern, high quality, but cozy with ingenious views in the garden and in the mountains and in the dark, a modern, pleasant light concept that makes the restaurant appear damped without the guest sitting at the table in the dark. About the service: highly professional, but at the same time everything other than stiff, but warm, careful and always related to the guest. Explanations of food and wines comprehensible, interesting, loving and sometimes with joke to talk the story behind it. And of course the foods: with love and meticulous attention to the smallest detail, each presents a piece of art for itself complex and cunning. Here qualitatively and tastefully excellent and often surprising, compiled in the menu diverse and harmoniously. Top! I was a little sceptical about the wine tasting. But here too I was very positively surprised. The selection was concise, broad and so ideally adapted to the respective dishes that the wine became almost an indispensable part of the respective course. Compliment! And then as an extra also regionality: Where possible raw products from the region (in a menu as a red thread, in the other international of course not completely held through, but according to my knowledge, Jacob's shells do not yet live in the Chiemsee, presented on hand-cuttered dishes directly from the surroundings. wishes open? I don't know. Some of them have even better rated in leaders (Why???? Competition in the region must be warm. Be sure to try as long as the stars have not arrived and can still get places without a long wait!

Perfect eating with perfect sauces! a unique experience!
Stylistically gorgeous natural environment, excellent service, delicious weine, exciting alcohol-free drinks and of course excellent joys. it was a very successful evening for which I would like to thank the entire team of kitchen and service.
