Chuck E. Cheese - Grapevine

Had a great experience with my son for his birthday party. Our server Hugh was amazing and interacts with my son makes our time special there. Will definitely go again Thank you Hugh and the rest of the staff at Chuck e Cheese

Surprisingly, the pizza is very good. The restaurant is very clean and staff was sufficient and friendly. The kids had an explosion. The time card system for games and tickets works great. My only complaint is that the games have not changed in a few years and some are really lame and others do not even work. I would appreciate that more than 50% of what they have are only fillers: games that no one wants to play or play and feel demolished. Other than that, good times.

Very clean and the kids will have a great time. The only reason why they are knocked on a 3 star is food quality. Not bad, just average.

We had such a great time! One of my children had an accident with their drink and spilled him over the table and pizza. The staff was super understanding and helpful. They brought a new pizza and gave us a free shirt for the little one we could move into. Chuck E. Cheese came out and the kids didn't feel too comfortable, but he came over, said hello and interacted with the kids. They loved him! You even have a cotton candy! It was such a beautiful experience.

I was in a couple weeks ago and had an amazing experience. We were in from out of town and the management was exceptional! The games were not up and running when we arrived. (opening time) They were very accommodating, with a free play card and soda/pizza. I just want to thank them for their professionalism and kindness.
