In August: experience in several nuances: intentions, recipes, are beautiful and very promising, the result on the other hand is just passable. For me, I tested the stuffed peppers with the cod (no interest) the gravlax mule was immangeable, I unfortunately had to inherit from the first slice, too rich in salt, it's not a taste affair, I just had the mouth torn by salt. the dishes, for me the calf and lamb were tested and unfortunately suffered from the imbalance of the scents of cabbage and artichoke poorly controlled and crushed all other perfumes... much better than the inputs but so much damage. the wine map is close to absenteeism.
