Captain's Galley Seafood

Very very tasty! I got the senior special. A generous portion of fried flounder with coleslaw and a baked potato, plus a nice bowl of hush puppies for a starter . . . all for $9.50! I'll be back here soon! This is a very successful restaurant. Severallocations. Come check it out you will like it!

?Short staffed? sign means no food runners which means the one section server will bring your appetizer after taking/delivering other orders. And that means a hot app will not be hot. Fried items are heavily breaded (out of a freezer bag). Cole slaw isgreat. Side items were good and hot. Broiled is the way to go here for seafood items. I sure miss the pre-covid world.

Great place to have a meal with the family or just by yourself, either way you're going to feel like you belong there. Fantastic wait staff. Food is always hot fresh. Thanks Cap'n.

The food was ok but customer service is seriously lacking. First words from waitress was, Our drink machine is down, all we have is water and tea. Which would you like? After 15 minutes of my wife and son sitting there with empty cups, a waitress froma different section came and offered to fill their cups with tea. Our waitress only offered to fill our cups after handing usthe check. We tried Captain Galleys but its not for us. We won 't be back.

Love the amount of food they give you for the modest price. We went at the right time, was not crowded and busy at all. The only negative thing is the second bowl of complimentary hushpuppies was left in the fryer a wee bit too long and were tasteless andhard for me to chew, so I landed up dumping them out
