Bojangles' Famous Chicken

This is for the girl that fixed our order. I came in and ordered the 12 piece family meal. It comes with 12 pieces of chicken 3 large sides 6 biscuits and a half gallon of tea. Well she was fixing my order and I watched her at that moment put only 3biscuits the girl asked her how many biscuits she put in the box and she said 3. We both told her 6. Well fast forward to today.Me and my family had saved this meal for today because we were in the process of moving. I wished we had opened this yesterday.WE GOT ONLY 3 BISCUITS INSTEAD OF 6. WE GOT LARGE MASHED POTATOES NO GRAVEY! AND ONLY 9 PIECES OF CHICKEN INSTEAD OF 12!!!! IAM SO MAD WE PAID 35.00 DOLLARS FOR THIS. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR WORKERS TO PROPERLY GET ORDERS READY. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY ANDWHEN WE ORDER FOOD WE WANT EXPECT IT TO BE WHAT WE PAID FOR!!!!

Got there 3 minutes till closing time, they stayed open when other restaurants would have closed, really appreciate there service. Will be back again!

I ordered a bacon and egg biscuit with crispy bacon. It's the same order every time I go. This is what I always get. I'm done ordering from the Granite Falls location. The fries taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday, the baconis under cooked and the I have to eat the biscuit with a spoon to hold it together. Ridiculously disappointed.

Food was hot and fresh, but from drive thru I watched the guy take my chicken to the front for the bacon.

25 min wait on breast at 6:54pm on a Tuesday night dinner. I asked why 25 minutes knowing it takes 15 min with average temp on a fryer to cook. Their response was that they hadn't breaded it yet. I guess if you wait until you run out of breast beforebreading more would make it 25 minutes long...so you're right.
