Kfc - Granite City

Every time I go to this place? the same child with the red hair say that we don't have chicken or we don't know if we can complete your order! I know we're all going through hard, but this place really has to get it together!! Every time it never fails, I just don't even try! It's bad if you have a chicken restaurant and can get?t chicken!! Try to support the locals first, but they are a joke!!

Waited in the parking lot for our food 27 minutes after paying at the window. Watched several cars pull up and their food was brought out within 10 minutes. I finally asked the worker how much longer until my order is ready and she says its being bagged up now...its a order thats not mine. She screams in the parking lot because she just gave my order to someone that drove off with it!!! Very aggravating to say the least!!!

They are pretty good but I asked for the gravy on the side for my mash potatoes they said we always do that anyway guess what better check before you leave

Food was fast and fresh! The line was long but they moved all of us out fast. Great turn around from experiences I have had in the past.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Chicken is small, overcooked, dry, and tastes like they hardly ever change the oil. On more than one occasion they've shorted me on how many pieces I get too. Popeye's is just down the street so I'd recommend going there if you don't want to drive very far.
