Mcdonald's - Grandview

A fantastic spot for a quick sandwich! If they happen to make a mistake, they'll make it right.

I visited this restaurant five times today and, as usual, I'm not rushed; I enjoy my meal while the kids play. There's a new sign at the entrance encouraging customers to complete the McDVoice survey, and if you do, you can earn a free dessert! Four months ago, the manager, Chris, greeted us with a smile and took our order politely. My child was happy, and I placed a separate app order to take advantage of some offers. My food arrived quickly, and Chris even offered to bring it to us at our table in the playground area. The restaurant was clean, and another manager took care of the playground. I appreciate that they have a restroom on the playground, so I can keep an eye on one child while the other goes inside. Our meals were delicious and affordable. My boys had a great time playing on the playground and the gaming systems. We often return here after school!
