Arby's - Grandview

TLDR: Don’t go here, long waits, gets your food wrong, doesn’t care.This Arby’s location is terrible. I went inside to order a 4 piece mozzarella sticks and had to wait 5 minutes while the employees chatted and stared at me until one finally decided they would have to take my order. Not a huge deal but still unprofessional. After I ordered I waited 10 minutes before the manager came and told me that they are out of mozzarella sticks and offered me something else or a refund.While I was waiting inside for this my girlfriend went through the drive through for a separate order (thinking this would be easier than two drive through orders together) and had to pull back through 3 separate times. First they gave us a small fry instead of a large fry, then they forgot the cheese sauce we ordered on the side, then they didn’t even fill the cheese cups halfway when we get it as a side all the time and get much more than what they gave. When pulling back through for the cheese sauce they were annoyed and said they would just give us a refund for the cheese sauce.Things like this are a regular occurrence at this location. Long wait times, wrong food, or just employees that don’t seem to care about anything other than getting the paycheck. I’ve worked in fast food for years and now there are people that loathe customers coming in because they want to do nothing but still get paid. This is the only kind of employee you will find at this location.

Tried ordering sliders and they said they have no bread for them. So I tried a different menu option and they said they were out of those as well. Why are you even open today if you can't provide the menu items? Lady was professional and apologetic, not her fault.

Good food. Slow in drive thru usually at lunchtime. Kinda over priced for fast food honestly. .

Very good service I did not even need to ask for extra sauce packets

Just went through the drive through on our way to the airport. The lady taking our order was rude and we felt like we were an inconvenience for her. We were missing our buffalo chicken slider but didn’t see that until we pulled away. No time to go back. The fries taste like the fryer oil has not been changed in a very long time. I can’t even eat them.
